Strong communication and a professional appearance are required. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and complete ServSafe Alcohol training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Count money and make change.
• Learn tray service and cocktail ingredients.
• Available to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Professional appearance as per company policy.
• Physically mobile; lift up to 25 lbs.
• ServSafe Alcohol certification training completed or achievable.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly beverage service to casino guests.
• Take drink orders and coordinate with bartenders.
• Carry full trays safely and maintain clean workstation.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene if needed.
• Promote casino events and programs.
• Handle money according to procedure; accurate cash handling.
• Work well with team members across service staff.
• Represent the property as a positive ambassador at guest and public relations events.
