AT&T Call Center in the United States is seeking Premier Service Consultants to handle customer interactions and drive solutions. Work in a hybrid-remote setup, reporting to the Orlando area with 3-4 days in-centre and 1-2 days remote weekly.

Training is provided to prepare you for success in selling and servicing AT&T products and services. You will identify upselling opportunities, resolve billing and service issues, and explain bills clearly while maintaining customer satisfaction and

Qualifications

• Commissioned sales experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach your sales and commissions targets.
• Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections.
• Explain bills and product features clearly.
• Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed.
• Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues.
• Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues.
• Work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime.
