Responsibilities

• Prepare items for event service and set tables.
• Set up buffets according to banquet event order.
• Greet members by name when seated at tables.
• Deliver correct beverages and food to guests.
• Maintain table and floor cleanliness.
• Submit daily items requisitions to the Events Operations Manager.
• Manage and store meeting room supplies (e.g., linens, writing pads, pens).
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Follow Club and Events Department safety procedures at all times.
• Report departmental needs and repairs to Events Operations Manager.
