Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain mass affluent client relationships with proactive outreach.
• Explain banking solutions with in-depth product knowledge and liaise with internal partners.
• Acquire, retain, and deepen relationships through referrals, leads, and prospecting.
• Provide excellent client service and escalate issues per policy and risk guidelines.
• Collaborate with Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, Lending teams to prepare for future interactions.
