Quad is a global marketing experience company seeking a Premedia Material Handler to support scheduling, tracking and production workflows. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication and ability to handle multiple tasks in a hands-on production environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of relevant experience, plus strong MS Office skills and attention to detail. Physical requirements involve standing most of the day and lifting up to 20 pounds.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in prepress/graphics arts industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Check all content for accuracy and completeness.
• Material handling of print materials/proofs.
• Resolve all conflicts in client-supplied information.
• Organize incoming and outgoing work for production.
• Communicate priorities to team members and other departments.
• Monitor timelines to ensure all work is produced within the committed timeframes.
• Check all copy and images on proofs.
• Communicate deviations to timing, costs, and workflow.
• Maintain and communicate daily status reports.
