Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, complying with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and inter-department cooperation.
• Implements employee development plans to ensure ongoing growth of personnel.
