Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent (preferred), ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible shifts up to 5 days a week, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Ensures department employees receive orientation, skills and safety training and regular evaluations.
