Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a results‑driven supervisor to lead and train warehousing teams. The role emphasizes safety, attendance, accuracy and customer service while maintaining high production standards.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, flexible shifts up to five days per week, and strong communication skills. Prior management experience and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees and provides coaching.
