Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. seeks a full-time Pre-Litigation Case Manager to support our plaintiff personal injury practice in New Jersey.

You will manage a full caseload under attorney supervision and serve as the primary liaison with clients, providers, and insurers throughout each case's life. The role requires at least 2 years of PI experience, strong NJ tort knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law.
• Knowledge of New Jersey tort law, court procedures, and e-filing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PDF conversion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compassionate communication with clients regarding case status, treatment progress, and legal steps.
• Heavy phone contact with providers and insurance carriers.
• Drafting correspondence and other pre-litigation-related documents.

Seeking a full-time Pre-Litigation Case Manager to meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and compassionate legal professional with at least 2 years’ experience in plaintiff personal injury law. You will manage a full caseload under the supervision of attorneys, acting as the key point of contact for clients, providers, and insurers throughout the life of a case.

Compensation
