Omega Law Group, PC is seeking an experienced personal injury attorney in Houston to manage a caseload from inception to settlement. You will advocate for clients to secure fair compensation, conduct thorough legal research, and coordinate with clients and staff to progress cases efficiently.

Ideal candidates hold a J.D. from an accredited school, are in good standing with the Texas State Bar, and have at least 2 years of personal injury experience.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar and in good standing.
• 2+ years of Personal Injury Attorney experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cases through pre-litigation from intake through demand, negotiation, and settlement.
• Review and analyze case files to identify legal issues and develop case strategies.
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and settlement offers.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Review documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Implement quality assurance to improve pre-litigation processes.
• Mentor junior staff involved in pre-litigation matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to join our firm. In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through settlement negotiation. You will diligently represent our clients' interests and ensure they receive fair compensation for their injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cases through the pre-litigation process from intake through demand, negotiation, and settlement
• Review and analyze case files to identify legal issues, assess strengths and weaknesses, and develop case strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates, settlement offers, and other relevant matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law
• Review work product, including demand letters, settlement agreements, and other legal documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Implement quality assurance measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pre-litigation processes
• May provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to legal staff involved in pre-litigation matters
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas State Bar and in good standing
• 2+ years of Personal Injury Attorney experience required
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism
• Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills

Compensation:

Salary Range: $100,000 – $200,000+ (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
