Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar in good standing.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and with a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand, negotiation and settlement.
• Review case files to identify issues, strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies.
• Communicate with clients regarding updates, offers, and matters.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Review documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior staff involved in pre-litigation matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
