Job summary

The role supports engagement with clinical partners, coordinates communication on clinical assignments, and ensures smooth progression through clinical, lab, and simulation experiences for USF nursing students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with six years of related experience, including two years in managing personnel.
• Master's degree in education or related field with four years of academic setting experience, including two years in personnel management.
• SB 1310 substitution rules may apply as described in the description.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical placements and assign students to sites following program requirements.
• Develop semester schedules, rosters, and ensure alignment with accreditation standards.
• Maintain accurate databases of clinical sites and student placement status.
• Communicate with faculty, clinical partners and students to support progression and onboarding.
• Support compliance tracking and documentation for clinical experiences.
