Qualifications

• Experience with IEP Direct.
• Elementary SPED experience preferred.
• PMT or CPI training is a plus.
• Spanish fluency is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Follow the approved scope and sequence of the instructional program.
• Manage classroom behavior to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Prepare lesson plans with clear objectives and appropriate techniques.
• Maintain accurate records and conduct parent/teacher conferences.
• Assess student progress and identify intervention needs.
• Communicate student progress to parents via interim reports and conferences.
• Coordinate IEP implementation with general education staff.
• Monitor progress and participate in IEP reviews and revisions.
