Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teaches grade-relevant, subject-specific, and mandated curriculum.
• Develops and implements lesson plans for in-person and virtual learning.
• Communicates with district personnel, students, and families via phone, email, or video.
• Creates an in-person and virtual classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assesses and reports student progress and manages student behavior per codes of conduct.
• Participates in conferences with parents, students, counselors, teachers, and administrators.
• Orders materials and attends meetings and professional training.
• Directs paraprofessional staff as needed.
