Responsibilities

• Instruct students based on IEPs and monitor progress.
• Develop lesson plans and select instructional materials; use varied strategies.
• Schedule paperwork and conduct IEP meetings.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding programming.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional learning activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

2+ years of certified teaching experience

Current licensure in Special Education

Georgia Administration Certificate or ability to obtain
