Job summary

Bright Minds Academy in Topeka, KS seeks an experienced Pre-K Lead Teacher to provide academic enrichment and social-emotional guidance for 4-5 year olds. You will develop differentiated lesson plans, implement a broad curriculum, and supervise assistants to foster a thriving learning community.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Associate's degree with significant preschool experience considered.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a Pre-K/preschool classroom setting.
  • Deep understanding of 4-5 year old development and school readiness.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum.
  • Strong assessment and observation skills to identify learning needs and growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; First Aid/CPR certification required.
