Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Employ a variety of educational techniques to teach children.
• Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies.
• Encourage children to interact with each other.
• Guide children to develop artistic and practical capabilities.
• Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children.

Skills

Knowledge of the ECE curriculum

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to observe and assess children

Ability to collaborate and be a team player

Education

BA in ECE or related field or working towards

Certified in Pre-K to 4th Grade
