You will plan, implement, and assess lessons using Creative Curriculum and PA Early Learning Standards, building authentic connections with children and families. The role involves using storytelling, play, and hands-on activities, tracking progress, and communicating with parents.

Qualifikationen

• BA in ECE or related field or actively pursuing degree
• CPR certification preferred
• Certified in Pre-K to 4th Grade

Aufgaben

• Teach using a variety of educational techniques to foster learning
• Observe each child to support social development and self-esteem
• Encourage interaction among children
• Guide children through curriculum activities including shapes, numbers, colors, art and science
• Organize nap and snack times and supervise safety
• Track progress and report to parents
• Communicate with parents regularly about progress
• Collaborate with other educators
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom
