Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to serve a PreK-5th grade caseload in a school-based setting in Michigan. The contract runs from September 8, 2026, through June 18, 2027, with collaborative work alongside educators and families to support students’ communication goals.

You will assess, plan, and deliver therapy sessions, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain compliant documentation while providing resources to teachers for ongoing student progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech and Communication Disorders and state licensure required.
• CCC certification required for SLP licensure in Michigan.
• School-based experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language challenges
• Develop individualized education and therapy plans for students on your caseload
• Deliver direct, evidence-based therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely records in compliance with regulations
• Provide support, strategies, and resources for educators to promote student progress
