Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based speech-language pathologist for a part-time contract (18-20 hours/week) to work with K–8 students across a full academic year in Illinois. The role blends teletherapy and on-site services to support communication development in a manageable caseload of about 33 students.

Qualified candidates hold an SLP license/certification (CFY or CCC). Strong organizational skills, IEP involvement, and collaboration with educators are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license/certification (CFY or CCC) required.
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred.
• Comfort with delivering teletherapy and on-site services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-8 students on a diverse caseload.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and multidisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Use in-person and virtual platforms to deliver effective interventions.
• Maintain accurate records and track progress, meeting compliance standards.
