Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or Master with relevant pharmaceutical development experience.
• Strong track record in pre-formulation and solid-state characterization.
• Independent and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent technical writing and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with Drug Substance, Analytical Development, and Formulation Development to progress API from discovery to manufacturing.
• Conduct pre-formulation studies and solid-state characterization of APIs.
• Design crystallization processes focusing on form control, particle size, yield and purity.
• Identify and deploy new solid-state characterization technologies as needed.
• Prepare pre-formulation and development reports for regulatory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain awareness of applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
