Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is hiring a Relationship Manager to drive acquisition, growth, and retention of Preferred Program customers in Plano, TX. You will engage with mass affluent prospects, service clients, and collaborate with the financial center team to deliver needs-based financial solutions.

The role requires SIE/63/65 licensing, insurance licenses, and SAFE Act registration. Expect traveling to nearby FCs and a base plus incentive compensation plan. Base salary varies by location and experience.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience in a sales environment, preferably in financial services.
• SIE, 6, 63 and 65 licenses required; SAFE Act registration.
• Ability to build and maintain a revenue-producing book of business in mass affluent segment.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail strategies to grow Preferred Program households and fulfill client needs.
• Build relationships to earn trusted-advisor status through consultative sales and service.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services; support referrals and sales through the financial center team.
