The Preference Card Coordinator - Surgical Services performs the duties of a Surgical Technologist, as well as being responsible for the development and maintenance of the computer-based Surgical Services preference card system. This position works closely with local nursing and surgical teams and is responsible for the maintenance of the preference cards to address surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during complex surgical procedures. The Preference Card Coordinator - Surgical Services also works closely with inventory personnel and financing to accurately maintain inventory and equipment lists for surgical procedures.
