AZCO seeks a Prefabrication Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion within a fabrication setting. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities, manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This position is based in Greenville, WI, and involves travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, construction management, engineering, program management or related field; 7 years of project management experience in construction/fabrication preferred.
• Capable of delivering projects and achieving company PM certification.
• Experience with ASME and/or AISC fabrication quality programs preferred.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access.
• Strong communication, organizational and document control skills.
• Ability to handle high workloads and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities from inception to completion.
• Review bids, estimates, budgets, and schedules with departments.
• Coordinate procurement, contracts, and vendor subcontracts.
• Assign duties and responsibilities to project team members.
• Ensure timely change management and contract changes.
• Prepare project reports for management and clients.
• Resolve issues to ensure on-time payments and progress.
• Ensure project progress within budget and schedule.
