Job summary

Sikla USA, Inc. seeks a Technical Project Coordinator/Specialist to bridge Customer Service, Engineering, and Operations with a focus on prefab and cutting projects.

You will translate customer needs into accurate technical solutions, prepare drawings, BOMs, and fabrication-ready docs, and support the quote-to-order process. The role combines drafting skills, commercial understanding, and cross-functional coordination to improve efficiency and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Experience drafting/shop drawings in AutoCAD or similar CAD.
• Advanced Excel for BOMs, calculations, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical liaison between departments for prefab and cutting orders.
• Translate inquiries into fabrication-ready packages (drawings, BOMs, specs).
• Create/validate BOMs and drawings; ensure documentation is complete before order release.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse for efficient execution of prefabrication tasks.
• Maintain project data in ERP and support process improvements.
