Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and quantify materials for all prefab requisitions.
• Create material charge outs for requisitions and place in queue.
• Create labor logs and perform quality control checks.
• Maintain inventory changeouts and identify shortages, overages, or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with project teams when materials are unavailable or substitutions are needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation within company systems.
• Communicate effectively with purchasing, project management, administrators, field personnel, Prefab Manager and Prefab Operations Manager
