Job summary

Muth Electric Inc in Mitchell, SD is seeking a hands-on Prefab Table Lead to direct daily electrical prefab assembly at the table. You will organize the team, coordinate materials, maintain workflow, and ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency per drawings and standards.

The role requires leading an assembly group, coordinating with warehouse, project management, and shop leadership to move assemblies through prefab to the field. Prior lead or foreman experience is preferred.)

Qualifications

• Electrical construction, electrical assembly, or electrical prefab experience required.
• Ability to read and understand basic electrical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Experience leading a production or assembly team preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical assembly table team.
• Perform hands-on assembly of prefabricated electrical components and assemblies.
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, schedules, assembly details, and work instructions.
• Organize daily production priorities based on project schedules and required quantities.
• Assign work and monitor progress throughout the shift.
• Ensure assemblies are built to established standards and specifications.
