Job summary

Valley Interior Systems is seeking a Prefab Co-op/Intern in Cincinnati, OH, with an on-site role in Walton, KY. You will support project handoffs, manage data entry, and assist in Prefab shop inventory while coordinating with Project Managers and field partners.

Ideal candidates are engineering or construction management majors and proficient with MS Office. Some travel to other offices may be required, and the role offers hands-on experience in a growing regional contractor.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and construction process intersections.
• Ability to travel to other office locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to move projects through the Prefab process.
• Review plans, specs and requirements; assist scheduling with field partners.
• Enter data accurately and timely for project handoffs.
• Escalate delays, costs, or risks to management as needed.
• Assist in inventory procurement and Prefab shop management.
• Consult vendors for material recommendations and clarifications.
• Coordinate with Architects/Engineers to clarify drawings and addendums.
