Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as specified.
• At least 2+ years of research experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
• Demonstrated scientific curiosity and drive.

Responsibilities

• Design protein engineering strategies for antibody and TCR discovery campaigns.
• Develop and optimize yeast-based antibody and TCR discovery platforms.
• Construct libraries, perform high-throughput selections, and analyze by flow cytometry.
• Characterize antibody- and TCR-derived modalities and communicate findings.
• Present results to project teams and assist with weekend lab coverage when needed.
