Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Reliability Technician to support site reliability through Predictive Maintenance training, dashboard review, and hands-on coaching across facilities.

The role requires up to 75% travel to deliver training, assist with PdM activities such as vibration monitoring, infrared thermography, and ultrasound, and to maintain accurate training and reliability documentation while collaborating with site teams and technical training groups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of relevant technical, maintenance, or reliability experience.
• Basic understanding of maintenance, equipment reliability, or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) practices.
• Ability and willingness to learn and provide technical training and hands‑on coaching.
• Ability to review dashboards, identify basic trends, and communicate findings to site teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on PdM training to site maintenance teams.
• Monitor dashboards to identify trends and equipment concerns.
• Support PdM technologies, inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide coaching to improve technician knowledge of maintenance practices.
• Assist with vibration, infrared, and ultrasound monitoring.
• Document training, PdM, and reliability activities.
• Collaborate with site teams and training groups to close knowledge gaps.
• Follow reliability, maintenance, safety, and compliance procedures.
• No formal supervisory responsibilities.
