Job summary

Caltrol is seeking a Predictive Maintenance professional to support field diagnostics and data collection for rotating equipment across the western service territory. You will work from a home office and visit customer sites, applying reliability technologies and field analytics to improve equipment performance.

Travel about 70% is expected, with opportunities to advance through training and certifications while earning competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of industrial mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or reliability work.
• Experience with rotating equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in field-based settings and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Collect vibration and condition-monitoring data at customer sites.
• Support predictive maintenance programs through inspections and documentation.
• Collaborate with analysts on diagnostics, balancing, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate schedules and site conditions clearly with customers and managers.
• Operate tools and service vehicles safely and professionally.
• Expand expertise through hands-on field work and advanced training.
