Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks a Predictive Maintenance Technician to manage and lead the Preventive & Predictive Maintenance program, ensuring equipment reliability and safety compliance. The role operates in Fort Worth, with shift hours Mon-Thu 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, and offers pay incentives in addition to a starting hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical manufacturing trade or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Basic industrial math, English reading comprehension and writing.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience focused on preventive and predictive maintenance preferred.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, thermal imaging, IoT sensors).
• Ability to read gauges, dials, thermometers, rulers, and other digital display devices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health status of the preventive maintenance program for equipment, processes, and facilities.
• Provide communication to Production Teams and Maintenance leadership on PM/PPM performance.
• Monitor equipment using predictive tools to identify potential failures and drive improvements.
• Support facility maintenance in production areas and maintain a safe work area.
• Generate parts requests and work orders in the maintenance planning system.
