Job summary

The Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC team in Houston, TX is hiring a Predictive Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment available and compliant with safety and quality standards. You will lead the Preventive & Predictive Maintenance program across equipment and processes.

Responsibilities include monitoring health of the maintenance program, communicating performance to teams, using predictive tools to prevent failures, and generating work orders and parts requests in CMMS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical mfg. trade, or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience focused on preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Basic computer skills and touch-screen computer operation (HMIs).
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, thermal imaging, IOT sensors, sonic/ultrasonic).
• Ability to read gauges, dials, thermometers, rulers, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health status of the preventive maintenance program for equipment, processes, and facilities.
• Communicate performance of maintenance programs to production teams and leadership.
• Use predictive tools to identify potential failures and improve equipment reliability.
• Support facility maintenance in production areas and maintain a safe area.
• Generate parts requests and complete work orders in CMMS.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance beyond technicians' scope.
• Assist in improvements to maintenance processes and schedules.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety regulations in all tasks.
