Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring a Predictive Maintenance Technician at our Houston, TX facility. You will lead the preventive and predictive maintenance program to keep equipment available and compliant with safety standards.

Duties include monitoring health, generating work orders, and providing timely communication to teams. Starting pay ranges from $33.26 to $36.96 per hour with additional incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical mfg. trade or Associate's preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience focusing on PM/PPM.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, thermal imaging, IoT sensors).
• Ability to read gauges, dials, schematics and flow diagrams.
• Ability to follow standard predictive maintenance methods.
• Capable of working 12-hour shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health status of the preventive maintenance program and lead teams.
• Communicate maintenance performance to production and leadership teams.
• Use predictive tools to identify potential failures and act before they occur.
• Support facility maintenance and keep a safe, clean work area.
• Generate parts requests and complete work orders in CMMS.
• Perform advanced predictive and preventive maintenance beyond technicians.
• Rebuild and fabricate parts as needed and look for improvements.
