Job summary

Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, Indiana, seeks a Reliability Engineering Technician to ensure equipment availability and optimal performance across the site. You will execute PdM programs, analyze health data, and contribute to continuous improvement under cGMP and regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Senior Reliability Manager, you will document findings in GMARS, coordinate with maintenance, engineering and operations, and provide field troubleshooting as needed, including after hours

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience in the trade or equivalent, or Technical Vocational College associate degree.
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring technologies (Vibration, thermography and ultrasound).
• Experience with precision maintenance practices.
• Working knowledge of rotating equipment, utilities, and manufacturing assets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute predictive maintenance (PdM) routes including vibration analysis, ultrasound, thermal imaging, and oil sampling.
• Perform precision lubrication across assets, in line with OEM specs and site standards.
• Apply precision maintenance techniques and document findings in GMARS.
• Analyze equipment data to identify anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support RCFA for critical failures and track actions to closure in GMARS.
• Maintain PM/maintenance records in GMARS including asset data and labor hours.
• Communicate equipment health to maintenance, engineering and operations teams and coordinate reliability-driven work.
