Job summary
Milliken and Company, Pendleton Finishing Plant, seeks a Predictive Maintenance Technician to develop, execute, and continuously improve the PdM program, align with ISO calibration, and support preventive maintenance.
You will use vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasonic inspection, and CMMS/AI tools to assess equipment health and guide data-driven maintenance decisions that reduce downtime and extend asset life.
Qualifications
- Develops, executes, and improves the PdM program.
- Supports ISO calibration requirements and PM compliance.
- Uses condition monitoring technologies, CMMS, and AI-assisted tools to evaluate health.
- Supports data-driven maintenance decisions to reduce downtime.
Responsibilities
- Develop and document predictive maintenance inspections using vibration, infrared, and ultrasonic tech.
- Collect, analyze, trend, and interpret equipment condition data to identify issues.
- Create work orders for corrective actions and coordinate with teams to schedule repairs.
- Track maintenance metrics and support reliability improvements.
