Job summary

I-care Reliability Inc. is seeking a skilled Predictive Maintenance Analyst to join their team in Lincoln, NE. In this on-site role, you will identify mechanical issues within industrial installations using state-of-the-art technologies. Responsibilities include performing vibration measurements and advanced data analysis to resolve complex mechanical health issues.

Qualifications

• Vibration Analysis Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or Degree in a related field is necessary.
• Proven experience in vibration data collection and analysis.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and stand for extended periods.
• Strong technical skills in diagnostic software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Perform vibration measurements and inspections on rotating equipment.
• Execute advanced vibration data analysis and diagnostic techniques.
• Deploy complementary diagnostic technologies including thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide actionable recommendations.

Skills

Vibration Analysis Certification: ISO Category II (CAT 2)

Experience in vibration data collection and analysis

Proficiency in diagnostic software and hardware

Strong verbal and written English skills

Education

High School Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics
