Milliken and Company in Pendleton, SC is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Technician to develop and execute the PdM program, calibrate instruments, and support Preventive Maintenance compliance. Qualifications

Associate degree or 5+ years industrial maintenance experience with predictive maintenance and reliability technologies (RCM, vibration, ultrasonics, infrared).
Demonstrate initiative, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and continuous learning.
Must communicate effectively with maintenance, engineering, and operations personnel.

Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, perform, and document predictive maintenance inspections (vibration, infrared, ultrasonic, steam trap surveys, air leak surveys).
Collect, analyze, trend, and interpret equipment condition data to identify faults and priorities.
Create work orders, coordinate with teams, and track corrective actions and PM compliance.
