Job summary

Milliken and Company’s Pendleton Finishing Plant seeks a Predictive Maintenance Technician to develop and execute the PdM program, monitor ISO calibration, and support PM compliance. The role uses CMMS and AI analytics to drive reliability and safe operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting assets, analyzing data, and coordinating with maintenance, engineering, and operations to minimize downtime and extend asset life. Occasional after-hours support may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, perform, and document predictive maintenance inspections.
• Perform inspections on designated assets at appropriate frequency.
• Collect, analyze, trend, and interpret equipment condition data to identify issues.
• Utilize CMMS and AI-assisted analytics to evaluate health and prioritize actions.
• Generate detailed inspection reports with findings and action recommendations.
• Create and track work orders for corrective actions during PMs or shutdowns.
• Support ISO calibration responsibilities and PM compliance.
• Assist engineering with reliability continuous improvement projects.
