Job summary

Huber Engineered Woods (HEW), a division of J.M. Huber Corporation, is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Technician to perform PdM and condition monitoring of mill rotating equipment using vibration, infrared, and ultrasound techniques.

You will build inspection routes, analyze data, and report findings to maintenance leads, supporting RCFA studies to prevent repeat failures while ensuring compliance with EHS policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance/PdM experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, and CMMS.
• Must obtain level 1 vibration certification within the first year.
• Able to learn new technologies and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform Predictive Maintenance and condition monitoring of mill rotating equipment using vibration, infrared, and ultrasound technologies.
• Build and maintain inspection routes using vibration collection equipment.
• Analyze data to assess machine condition and coordinate with 3rd party monitoring resources.
• Prepare and distribute periodic reports; document equipment, actions, and timing.
• Enter equipment specs in vibration software and liaise with suppliers.
• Perform NDT as required (PT, MT, UT) and assist lubrication route development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable EHS regulations and complete required documentation.
