HARTING Manufacturing Inc. seeks a Maintenance Engineer to join our Operations team.

You will lead Preventive, Proactive and Predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability, reduce costs, and prevent future failures in our manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, reviewing guidelines, using CMMS for work orders and records, and managing spare parts and inventory.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Exposure to injection molding or automated assemblies is a plus.
• Experience collaborating across functions and departments.
• Database reporting and management.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to improve reliability.
• Review manufacturer guidelines to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
• Identify and implement proactive maintenance initiatives to reduce costs.
• Use predictive maintenance techniques (vibration, thermography, oil analysis) to anticipate failures.
• Maintain maintenance records using CMMS and manage work orders.
