Value Driven Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Specialist to move client maintenance toward condition-based work driven by real-time machine health data.

You will set up routes, thresholds, and asset rankings, interpret vibration, thermal, ultrasound and oil analysis data with AI alerts, and connect findings to work orders in CMMS/EAM. You will coach in-house teams on predictive workflows and track avoided downtime and costs.

Competenze

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance or reliability.
• 0
• 2+ in predictive/condition monitoring.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo or Fiix.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting on rotating equipment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance or reliability, 2+ in predictive/condition monitoring
• Vibration Analyst Category II (ISO 18436) or equivalent
• Experience with a CMMS/EAM such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo or Fiix
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting on rotating equipment

Nice to have: CMRP certification, infrared thermography Level I/II, experience with Augury, SKF, Emerson AMS or similar platforms.
