Polaris Inc. invites interested undergraduates and graduates to join its Predictive Data Science Internship for a 12-week summer program. You will work on analyzing datasets, building predictive models, and delivering data-driven recommendations to support decisions across the company.

The program includes mentorship, networking, and an innovation challenge. Interns are based at Polaris Headquarters in Medina, MN, with relocation support for eligible candidates and opportunities to grow into

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Data Science, or other related business degree with a graduation date between Aug 2027–May 2029.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
• Must commit to a full 12-week internship, 40 hours/week
• Open to geographic mobility and relocation opportunities
• U.S. person (citizen/national/permanent resident/asylee/refugee) not requiring sponsorship
• Must have reliable transportation to the office
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and build predictive models.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across analytics, technology, operations, and business.
• Participate in mentoring, networking, and professional development activities.
• Present final internship projects to Polaris leadership.
