Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science or related field with graduation date between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel and relocate throughout the rotational program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Demonstrated leadership experience through student organizations or work experiences.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four 6-month rotations across data science, analytics, and leadership roles.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Apply data, analytics, and AI to solve real business challenges and translate insights into action.
• Develop technical, business, and leadership skills throughout the two-year program.
• Support relocation and onboarding processes as needed.
