Job summary

Polaris Inc. invites motivated students to join its Predictive Data Science Internship for a 12-week summer program. You will analyze datasets from customer, dealer, supply chain, and operations domains to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations that influence business decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with analytics, technology, and business teams. You will engage in mentorship, weekly learning sessions, networking, and an innovation challenge, with relocation support

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelors/Master’s degree in Data Science, or other related business degree with an intended graduation date between August 2027 – May 2029.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
• Must be able to commit to a full 12-week internship, working 40 hours per week
• Open to geographic mobility and relocation opportunities
• Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting to and from the office.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office software tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word).

Responsibilities

• Apply data science, analytics and AI to solve real business challenges within Polaris.
• Work with large datasets to uncover insights and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Build predictive models and drive business performance across departments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across analytics, technology, operations, and the business.
• Turn data into actionable solutions and meaningful outcomes.
