Michael Page in Charlotte is seeking a Multifamily Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to build a new estimating presence in our growing office. You will develop complete project cost estimates, budgets, and organize documentation for multifamily construction across Southeast projects.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in preconstruction planning, cost estimation, and pricing with strong collaboration with construction teams. This role offers growth and a robust project pipeline.
