Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial construction management, jobsite management, and project logistics including management of all trades.
• 5+ years as Project Manager with strong organization and time management; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to achieve bottom-line results and growth.
• Present and communicate with stakeholders to cultivate client relationships.
• Ensure building standards are met, especially healthcare certifications.
• Study specifications to plan procedures and staffing.
• Serve as Safety Officer with our Safety Director.
• Prepare field reports on progress, materials, and costs.
