Coonan Search Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction phase with clarity and collaboration. Ideal candidates have 6–12 years of construction experience, including about 3 years in estimating, and will own estimates, cost models, and bid strategies.

You will build trusted relationships with clients and trade partners, communicate effectively with owners and designers, and mentor team members while managing risk and ensuring accurate contracts.
