Job summary

Frampton Construction is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to support the preconstruction phase of projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation, value engineering, bid management, and subcontractor coordination.

You will work closely with the Senior Preconstruction Manager, coordinate with project teams and trade partners, engage clients and stakeholders, and help drive constructability and schedule/cost control through advanced preconstruction tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in preconstruction or related field.
• Knowledge of preconstruction technologies (Destini Estimator, Building Connected).

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, managing budgeting and bidding processes.
• Coordinate with project teams and trade partners to ensure clear communication and consistency.
• Engage clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns and aligning objectives.
• Assist in evaluating trade partner bids, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
