Qualifications

• Proven preconstruction management experience on projects up to £20m.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• A full UK driving licence and relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or professional membership).

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all preconstruction activities from tender issue through to project handover
• Collaborate with internal teams across estimating, commercial, planning, and design disciplines
• Engage confidently with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to build lasting relationships
• Identify and mitigate project risks during the preconstruction phase
• Support bid strategy, tender submissions, and proposal development
